Built in 1895, has 17 rooms, 3400 SF. Was four apartments when we bought it, is located in historic area in Kansas City,Mo. Can walk to Nelson Museum, Plaza, Westport, Art Institute,  a fun place to live. The view from the front includes this beautiful tree, across the street is a soccer field that is owned by St. Paul's Episcopal Church, they are of course very good neighbors.

The kitchen is usual in that has a fir floor,  flawless Tongue and groove pine paneling without a single knot. The ceiling is also pine, this continues into the butlers pantry. All this wood work was painted, it took us several months to strip, and and refinish.

We will consider offers to purchase.
